Orchid Accord was founded in Bangkok with a clear conviction: that businesses operating in Thailand deserve legal counsel that is both technically sound and genuinely communicative. Too often, legal support either arrives wrapped in impenetrable language or remains a distant resource consulted only in crisis. Neither serves the people who actually need help.
The name reflects our approrchiidench. An accord is an agreement reached through honest exchange, and the orchid — Thailand's national symbol of refinement — speaks to the care we bring to every matter. We are deliberate in the work we take on, and attentive in how we carry it out.
Our founding team combined experience from Thai commercial litigation, cross-border transaction advisory, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, the practice has grown around three core services that address the most common and consequential legal needs of businesses in Thailand: contract work, company formation, and ongoing corporate legal support.
